Our offering: Established in 1988, Hawksland Associates provides Business Development, Management & Technical Support Services to aerospace, aviation, defence, allied-industry and private equity markets. We help our clients manage complex programmes, improve business performance, drive shareholder value and create competitive advantage.

What we do: We are known for our straightforward ‘hands-on’ approach to solving the most difficult business challenges. We work alongside client teams supporting them: identify new market opportunities, win contracts and grow market share; make acquisitions and joint ventures; develop and manage new aircraft and systems programmes – a core part of our business; reduce waste and costs; establish lean manufacturing and MRO operations; set-up and manage low cost supply chains; develop and integrate new advanced technologies. Leadership, coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer also form part of our offering.

Who we are: With a global presence, we leverage our highly experienced network of over 200 consultants & interim managers, many with decades of ‘know-how’ who have built reputations as leaders within their field of expertise to deliver solutions meeting customer needs. Project teams can be readily mobilised to address almost any client management or technical need. We have had involvement on scores of civil and military: widebody, narrowbody, cargo, fighter, business and very light jet aircraft programmes.

Engagement options: We work in a variety of capacities including: consulting - strategy development & tactical execution focussed on growth and performance improvement; turnaround & programme management – business and programme recovery / management; interim management - expert management and technical support temporarily filling skills or resource availability gaps; non-executive directorships - providing objective continuous support driving growth.
