As Managing Director, Gary leads Hawksland Associates Aerospace and Defence Consulting and Interim Management practice. He has 30 years of A & D industry experience – 24 years of which as a consultant working with global OEM, Tier-1 and Government organisations. Gary has directed a variety of assignments including: strategic business growth (mergers and acquisitons, joint ventures and alliances); business development; business and programme turnarounds; operational improvement; supply chain development and cost reduction activities. He has also programme managed and project engineered several aircraft, aero-engine, technology and industrialisation development programmes.

Jon has 30 years of Aerospace and Defence industry experience working with many leading OEM's in Senior Executive roles including Operations and Managing Director. Jon is the former Managing Director of Hurel Hispano (now Aircelle UK Ltd). He also worked for BAE Systems running the Final Assembly line for the ATP turboprop aircraft. As a consultant he specialises in Operational Lean Transformations, Programme & Supply Chain Management, Leadership and Executive Coaching.

Jens has over 38 years experience in Aerospace Design Engineering & Technology Development. A former Director of Structural Engineering and an IPT Leader for Fuselage & Empennage at Airbus' Large Aircraft Division in Toulouse, he went on to become the Director of the A380 Vertical Tailplane in Hamburg. In 2004, Jens became Director of Aerospace Product Strategy & Development with Alcoa in the USA where he developed several next generation aircraft material technologies.
