He has worked with many of the worlds leading Aerospace and Defence OEM and Sub-tier Manufacturing Supply Chains as well as several major airlines. Phil is often called upon to not only lead new development programmes but also to manage turnaround situations on projects suffering poor performance metrics.

He has held a number of Senior Executive positions including, Director of Business Development Brookhouse Holdings (part of Kaman Aerospace), President Doncaster’s Inc and Managing Director Doncaster’s Aerospace. His extensive experience includes successful business turnaround and development, M&A, Low Cost supply chain development and Composite Technical Development and Innovation.

With more than 35 years experience in the aerospace industry, David is an experienced senior consultant with a strong record of achievement. He has extensive Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Engineering Management, Program Management and Risk Management skills developed from working with Messier-Dowty, Airbus, Boeing, Rolls Royce, APPH, and many of the major players in the Korean Aerospace Industry. He has particular specialist skills in the ATA Chapter fields of Landing Gears, Doors and Aeroengines.

Paul has 35 years of Aerospace and other industry experience of which the last 7 years has been as a consultant. Senior executive roles include Manufacturing Director at Ebac Ltd, General Manager of a large Rolls-Royce plc facility and Senior Executive Procurement roles at Rolls-Royce. As a consultant, Paul has undertaken major consulting projects with Rolls–Royce, Airbus GmbH, Asco Industries, Bureau Veritas, Fokker Aerostructures and Fokker Services.
