Christophe Griziaux

Christophe is a highly experienced Aerospace Senior Programme and Project Director / Manager, Operations Management and Manufacturing Engineering Consultant with over 25 year’s sector experience. He has worked with many leading OEM and 1st Tier aircraft customers not only establishing and leading new aircraft development programs but also instrumental in all business development and commercial aspects leading to winning contracts and establishing and managing supply chains.

He has been involved in most ATA chapters including Airframe, Systems and Interiors and has in addition worked on Aircraft Equipping, Airline MRO and Flight Operations programs. Christophe is an accredited Auditor, Coach and Trainer with detailed experience of Airbus / EADS processes. He is often deployed to work on trouble shooting assignments to support clients recover their poorly performing programmes.

Christophe has worked with Airbus; EADS; EADS Dornier Defence Electronics; Diehl Lufthart Elektronik; Becker Avionic Systems; GECI; Groupe Aeroconseil; Bureau Veritas; Matra Defense. He has also worked with scores of other OEM, 1st and sub-tier companies around the globe including many leading airlines. Christophe has worked in many countries and while his mother tongue is French, is fluent in English, has very good German and basic Spanish.
