Gary Windas
As Managing Director, Gary leads Hawksland Associates Aerospace and Defence Consulting and Interim Management practice. He has 30 years of A & D industry experience – 24 years of which as a consultant working with global OEM, Tier-1 and Government organisations. Gary has directed a variety of assignments including: strategic business growth (mergers and acquisitons, joint ventures and alliances); business development; business and programme turnarounds; operational improvement; supply chain development and cost reduction activities. He has also programme managed and project engineered several aircraft, aero-engine, technology and industrialisation development programmes.
In addition to transacting business globally, Gary has lived and worked in Canada, France, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands and USA. He is also CEO of Hawksland Holdings Limited (an investment holding company); an Advisor to Talon Aircraft Holdings GmbH and a Member of the Institute of Directors.- Gary Windas
