Jim has recently played a recent leading role in a successful MBO completion with the sale of Brookhouse holdings to Kaman Aerospace .He managed the Doncasters business (6 companies) in the USA for (5) years during this period established a successful low cost manufacturing facility in Mexico and played a leading role in the successful sale of the business to the Royal Bank of Scotland and the subsequent integration of a number of businesses into the enlarged group. Jim has programme managed a number of domestic and international aerospace projects for both aerospace propulsion systems and structures and power generation systems working with primes such as Boeing, Airbus, Spirit, Goodrich, GE-Aviation, GE Power Generation, Siemens KWU Rolls Royce and Honeywell.
