Phil Parry
Phil has over 30 years experience as an Aerospace & Defence Operations, Project Management & Lean MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Consultant. He has worked with many of the worlds leading Aerospace and Defence OEM and Sub-tier Manufacturing Supply Chains as well as several major airlines. Phil is often called upon to not only lead new development programmes but also to manage turnaround situations on projects suffering poor performance metrics.
Organisations Phil has worked with include: BAE Systems, Denel Aerospace, Alenia, Singapore Technologies Aerospace, Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies, Defence Aviation & Repair Agency, EADS, IAI, Fokker Aircraft. A qualified Engineer, Phil also holds several memberships including: Institute of Operations, American Institute of Operations Management, Midlands Aerospace Alliance and SBAC.
